Actuality: Melatonin is a methoxyindole synthesized and secreted mainly by the pineal gland, that is, the epiphysis, at night under normal lighting conditions and creating conditions of darkness. Many stresses, lack of sleep, overstrain of the "man of the XXI century" also reduce the production of their own melatonin, which leads to a decrease in the reserve forces and functionality of the organorm. In connection with the above, it is considered relevant to study the properties of drugs that are able to restore the reserve capabilities and functionality of the body in terms of controlling melatonin levels. Purpose: to study the possibilities of the IPH EP. Materials and methods: The study evaluated the molecular and cellular influence, the effect on biological age and markers of aging, the clinical efficacy of the IPH EP peptide as a regulator of the body's reserve capabilities and functionality in terms of controlling melatonin levels. We used German peptides IPH EP, which have all the approvals and permits for the world markets, such as: WADA certificate (anti-doping), MAFFA certificate (safety), ORGANIC certificate, HALAL certificate, patent protection: patent in the United States - Patent Application Publicatin (United States, No.:US2021/052534A1, date: Feb.25,2021), patent in the European Union No. 016704471, patent in the Russian Federation No. 645608, patent in the People's Republic of China No. 30507522. The effectiveness of the use of the IPH EP peptide was evaluated in the long term (for 1 year). Results: A general pattern of the tendency of the level of own melatonin to lower limits of normal values was observed in all age groups and a reliable unambiguous positive trend was found to increase the level of own melatonin by 39.2-48.9% after the use of the IPH EP peptide in all age groups. The use of the IPH EP peptide improves the quality of life by 53.2% from the psychological component and by 39.7% from the physical component, which confirms the fact that the IPH EP peptide acts as a regulator of the reserve capabilities and functionality of the body, has a high ability to reduce anxiety and improve the psychological component of the quality of life in the long term.
