The medical organizations reacted to COVID-19 pandemic, actively introducing the digital decisions and the advanced tools based on modern telecommunication technologies. At the same time, for the present there are no researches generalizing data on integration of information technologies into regional health care systems that complicates development of management decisions on the directions of development of digital health care. Research objective: to describe and analyses intensity of use of the automated technologies at delivery of health care in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation during the period to and during COVID-19 pandemic Materials and methods: Statistical data for 2018 and 2021 on territorial subjects of the Russian Federation which are contained in forms of federal statistical observation of "Data on the medical organization" (form No. 30) are analyses. Methods of the content, statistical analysis, calculations of relative sizes, coefficient of variation are used. Results: The pandemic of COVID-19 favored to introduction of digital decisions health care. However, the analysis of security of doctors of clinical specialties with the automated jobs (AJ) revealed abnormal heterogeneity of territories on this indicator. It can demonstrate to repeated accounting of the same automated workplaces and also to their possible underestimation that leads finally to distortion of reporting data. Conclusions: The Russian Ministry of Health needs to take the measures providing reliable logical and arithmetically control of data of statistical observation of processes of automation in medicine and health care.
