Among the medical workers of the Kamchatka Krai, 45% of the respondents have more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, 57% respondents are over 40 years old. In general, the majority (79%) of medical workers are satisfied with their work. More than others, medical workers with experience from 1 to 15 years do not find satisfaction in their work. Among the respondents, 42% of physicians clearly have no desire to change jobs. Conclusion.
