Introduction. The article presents an analysis of the medical and social effectiveness of the organizational and functional model defined by us as "dentist-implantologist-orthopedist". A comparative routing of the classical methodology from the proposed new model is presented. The level of value attitudes for patients during dental implant treatment by one specialist was revealed. The analysis of the integral indicator of the quality of life before and after orthopedic treatment with dental implantation was carried out. The purpose of the study to evaluate the medical and social effectiveness and the level of value attitudes of the new model of organization of medical care in dentistry. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in the dental polyclinic of the AUZ UR "RSP MZ UR" of Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic. Under the conditions of an organizational experiment, an organizational and functional model was developed and tested - "dentist–implantologist-orthopedist", in which all stages of surgical implantation (tooth extraction, implant placement and gum shaper) and orthopedic treatment (prosthetics on implants) were performed by one specialist who owns the related specialties "Orthopedic Dentistry" and "Surgical Dentistry". Medical and social effectiveness was assessed by the survey method. The survey was conducted with the informed consent of the respondents in compliance with ethical standards. The data was processed using the PsyLab program (methodology for assessing the quality of life), Microsoft Office Excel computer programs. The mathematical apparatus included a frequency and comparative analysis of average and relative values, with an assessment of the reliability of differences in indicators according to the Student's criterion. Results. When organizing a new form of medical care, savings in the time spent by the patient on the installation of a dental implant were revealed: instead of 6 visits with the classical method, there are 4 visits with this approach, which is an important point in optimizing patient routing. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the level of trust was 99.0% of patients to the doctor, defined by us as a "dentist-implantologist-orthopedist". The level of quality of life increased from 486.9±0.8 to 641.1±0.9 points. Discussion. This approach made it possible to significantly increase the level of values of patients related to dental health by such functional indicators as the quality of swallowing, biting and chewing food, the level of taste sensations, diction of speech; aesthetic – the appearance of the face and the aesthetics of a smile; psychological – mood and psychological comfort. Conclusions. When implementing the organizational and functional model "dentist-implantologist-orthopedist", pronounced medical and social effectiveness was obtained due to a significant increase in the values of dental and emotional health, satisfaction with the quality of service and quality of life of patients, which is reflected in improving the quality of medical care when installing a dental implant.
