The aim of the study was to evaluate the methodology: PRP therapy of knee joints in combination with a magnetolaser in gerontological patients treated with gonarthrosis 1 and 2 art. Materials and methods. On the basis of the multidisciplinary medical center Beauty Life LLC, Yekaterinburg, head Lobinsky O.A., there is a department of manual therapy, osteopathy and restorative medicine, head of PhD, associate professor of UGMU Ponomarev A.S. For the period June 2022 - June 2023. On the basis of our department, 32 (100%) gerontological patients received assistance. (80+) about gonarthrosis 1 and 2 art. Of these, 22 women (67%), 10 men (33%). The age of women is 80-84 18 (82% of the total number of women), 85-89 4 (18% of the total number of women who applied). The age of men is 80-84 10 (100% of all men who applied). All 100% of respondents had previously done MRI of the knee joints and bioimpedance analysis of body composition. MRI revealed reliable signs of gonarthrosis 1 and 2. Diagnosis of body composition revealed in 100% of respondents a violation in the assimilation of protein and collagen, dehydration of cartilage tissue. Statistical data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel. Results. The treatment was carried out for 40-45 days. The multiplicity of plasma therapy is 9-10 days. After the course of therapy, all 100% noted an improvement in mobility in the joints, the duration of hiking increased by up to 50%. Patients who received after PRP therapy with a magnetolaser re-applied after 5-7 months. Patients who received magnetolaser therapy applied again after 10-12 months, which directly proves the high effectiveness of complex therapy. Conclusions. According to the study, it is obvious that the therapy of gonarthrosis 1 and 2 art. proposed by us in elderly patients is a good alternative to surgical treatment. After repeated examination and assessment of the patients' condition, as a result of PRP therapy in combination with a magnetolaser, significant regeneration of damaged tissues and pain reduction were noted in all patients.
