MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF INTERNAL CONTROL OF THE QUALITY OF REMOTE ECG CONSULTATION IN A SINGLE ADVISORY AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTER FOR FUNCTIONAL DIAGNOSTICS

Summary:
Introduction. Diseases of the circulatory system lead to significant socio-economic losses. Electrocardiography remains one of the main methods for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases. In order to ensure timely diagnosis and increase the availability of functional diagnostics in the provision of medical care to patients with a cardiological profile, remote diagnostics technologies are being introduced, one of which is transtelephone electrocardiography. With the development of telemedicine technologies, including remote methods of functional diagnostics, the importance of quality management of diagnostic studies increases. Aim of the study: was an analysis of the results of assessing the quality of diagnostic studies performed at the Unified Consultative and Diagnostic Center for Functional Diagnostics and the development of measures to increase the availability and quality of remote ECG consultation. Materials and methods. Mathematical-statistical, analytical, sociological methods were used. In order to assess satisfaction with the quality of tele-ECG counseling by doctors of functional diagnostics and internal quality control, questionnaires of satisfaction with the quality of counseling, internal quality control cards have been developed. Discussion. A survey of district physicians on the issue of satisfaction with the quality of tele-ECG counseling helped to identify weaknesses in the organization of the Center's work. Analysis of the results of internal quality control of the work of the Center's doctors made it possible to determine the structure of filling and description defects in tele-ECG. Based on the results obtained, a set of measures was developed to improve the quality of the Center's work. Results. Questioning of district physicians on the issues of satisfaction with the quality of work of the doctors of the Center, conducting internal quality control allow us to identify problems and defects in the organization of the work of both the Center as a whole and an individual doctor. The implementation of the developed measures improved the quality of the description of the tele-ECG, while increasing the number of received tele-ECGs and reducing the waiting time for obtaining a research conclusion and consulting a cardiologist.
