Summary:
Actuality: Medical care requires an assessment of various characteristics of thyroid function and dysfunction at different ages. Early diagnosis and treatment are necessary to prevent irreversible and irreversible damage to the nervous system and a decrease in the quality of life. Therefore, in addition to considering the distinctive features of disorders in hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and normal thyroid function, it is promising to look for expanding opportunities to restore the functioning of the thyroid gland. The development of thyroid neoplasms is also of particular concern. In this regard, therapeutic drugs with oncoprotective function are considered interesting and relevant. In connection with the above, the study of the properties of drugs that are able to preserve the functioning of the thyroid gland is considered relevant. This article will provide a brief overview of the results of the study of the effects of the use of the peptide IPH TR. Purpose: to study the possibilities of the IPH TR. Materials and methods: we have studied the effects of IPH TR on a cell, atypical thyroid tissue, and patients. German peptides IPH TR have all the approvals and permits for the markets of the world, such as: WADA certificate (anti-doping), MAFFA certificate (safety), ORGANIC certificate, HALAL certificate, patent protection: patent in the United States of America No. 5,405,266, patent in the European Union No. 016704471, patent in the Russian Federation No. 645608, patent in the People's Republic of China No. 30507522. The effectiveness of the use of the IPH TR peptide was evaluated by us before the start of the study and after 3 months. Results: After the use of the IPH TR peptide, the normal expression of the BRAF, KRAS, NRAS, HRAS, TERT genes, as well as RET/PTC, PAX8/PPARG translocations, increases by 71.9%, which indicates a high oncoprotection and cytoprotection of the IPH TR peptide, which contributes to the normal formation of the hormonal background and the development of the thyroid gland. The use of the IPH TR peptide increases the synthesis of PTEN fostatase by 65.4%, which may be promising for the development of programs for the prevention of thyroid cancer, in particular, for the prevention of relapses. An increase in the expression of the Ki67 protein is also one of the important mechanisms for the development of oncopathology, and the use of the IPH TR peptide reduces the expression of the Ki67 protein by 84.6%. When using the IPH TR peptide in patients with diffuse euthyroid goiter, the feeling of weakness and increased fatigue decreased by 64.2%, the incidence of headaches decreased by 59.3%, dry skin, hair loss and body temperature decreased by 69.4%, which improved the overall health and general well-being by 66.1%. Conclusions: the use of the IPH TR peptide has oncoprotective and cytoprotective effects, clinically improves overall well-being and contributes to the functional stabilization of thyroid function.
Keywords peptide complexes, thyroid gland, diffuse nodular goiter, hormonal system.
