Summary:
Relevance. Diseases of the genitourinary system occupy the 4th place in the structure of the general morbidity of the population of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the dynamics of the general and primary morbidity of the adult population of the Russian Federation with diseases of the genitourinary system as a whole, as well as by individual nosologies (urolithiasis, prostate diseases, male infertility, etc.), for the period 2015-2021. The analysis of indicators of general and primary morbidity was also carried out in the context of federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation. Goal. The purpose of this study was to study the incidence of diseases of the genitourinary system for the period 2015-2021 in the context of federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. The source of information was the official statistical collections of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and FSBI "TSNIIOIZ" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the Russian Federation and separately for the subjects of the Russian Federation for the period 2015-2021. Data processing was carried out using dynamic series Results. Among the adult population of Russia, the total incidence of diseases of the genitourinary system decreased by 7.69% (from 12 949.80 to 11 953.70 cases per 100 thousand), and the primary incidence – by 20.62% (from 4 968.50 to 3 943.90 cases per 100 thousand) from 2015 to 2021. The greatest decrease in the general and primary incidence of diseases of the genitourinary system is observed in the Southern Federal District (TP/Y -17.41% and -26.59%, respectively) and the Volga Federal District (TP/Y -15.15% and -28.86%, respectively). The fifth part in the structure of diseases of the genitourinary system is occupied by prostate diseases (20.45% in 2021). Their total incidence among the adult male population of the Russian Federation decreased by 6.66%, the primary incidence – by 22.40% from 2015 to 2021. The overall incidence of urolithiasis decreased by 4.63%, male infertility – by 11.71%, and other diseases of the genitourinary system – by 2.41% among the adult population of the Russian Federation from 2015 to 2021. Discussion. A quarter of diseases of the genitourinary system are prostate diseases, while from 2008 to 2017 there was an increase in the overall incidence of this pathology by 11.9% in the Russian Federation. The overall incidence of urolithiasis ranges from 5-10% in Western countries to 19.1% in Asian countries, and tended to increase in 2005-2016 in the Russian Federation. According to a number of authors, up to 60% of infertility cases may be associated with the male factor, while in a number of countries the overall incidence of male infertility may be underestimated. In the Russian Federation for the period 2000-2018 there was an increase in the general and primary incidence of male infertility. Conclusions. The statistical analysis made it possible to identify the dynamics of the general and primary incidence of diseases of the genitourinary system from 2015 to 2021 in the context of federal districts and individual subjects of the Russian Federation.
