ABOUT THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR DRUG PROVISION OF THE MEDICAL ORGANIZATION

Summary:
Relevance. One of the effective mechanisms for improving the workflow is the organization of activities from the standpoint of the quality management system (QMS) within the framework of the lean manufacturing concept. The hospital pharmacy is no exception. To increase the level of drug provision and timely implementation of pharmaceutical care, it is necessary to introduce a quality management system and organize the work of pharmacies of medical organizations (pharmacy MO) using the tools of lean technologies.
The aim of the study is to develop and implement in the practical activities of healthcare institutions "Guidelines of the quality of drug provision in a medical organization" (using the example of Tyumen clinical hospital №2) based on the principles of lean manufacturing and quality management system,
Materials and methods. Content analysis of regulatory and legal documentation in the field of lean technologies and quality management system, local regulatory legal acts of the pharmacy Tyumen clinical hospital №2; visual method of evaluation and monitoring of the workflow of pharmacists of the pharmacy; methods of analysis and synthesis, design and modeling of each stage of the movement of the drug in the Ministry of Health, mathematical-statistical, graphical research methods. The objects of the study were statistical and analytical data of the pharmacy of Tyumen clinical hospital №2. The results of the study were processed using Microsoft Office Excel-2017.
Results and discussion. A content analysis of legislative acts and regulatory documents at the federal and territorial levels in the field of lean technologies and quality management systems was carried out; the state of the quality management system and the experience of its organization were studied on the example of the pharmacy of the Tyumen clinical hospital №2; all local regulatory documentation of the pharmacy was analyzed; the forms of interim accounting were designed and approved documents of the pharmacy of the Ministry of Defense; the documented processes of the pharmacy of the Tyumen clinical hospital №2 have been identified and systematized; a matrix of responsibility distribution in the section of quality control of drug provision has been developed; the "Guidelines on the quality of drug provision in a medical organization" has been developed and implemented in the practical activities of the Tyumen clinical hospital №2.
Conclusions. The developed «Guidelines on the quality of drug provision» in the Tyumen clinical hospital №2 allowed to improve the organizational processes of the pharmacy in the field of quality management system using the principles of lean manufacturing in order to optimize medical and pharmaceutical care in the hospital healthcare sector. The manual can be adapted for the activities of a pharmacy of any healthcare institution.
