Introduction: At present, the problem of strengthening the corporate health of workers is becoming increasingly relevant in the country and abroad. Corporate programs for strengthening the health of workers are used for this purpose. The purpose of this work is study of the features, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the use of corporate programs to improve the health of the working population (foreign and domestic experience). Results and discussions: A review was prepared by collecting and analyzing scientific sources published by domestic and foreign authors in recent years, using the keywords: corporate health and corporate programs. Also, in the process of achieving the set goal, using the analytical method, domestic achievements in this important scientific and practical area were systematized both in the country and on the example of the city of Moscow. Conclusions: It has been established that both foreign and national corporations are constantly improving the system of corporate health management of employees at their enterprises. The implementation of corporate health promotion programs is an effective way for employers to solve the problem of maintaining corporate health of employees, as well as increasing their productivity. The results of foreign and domestic studies demonstrate facts indicating a fairly high efficiency and profitability of corporate programs for improving the health of employees. The main directions of formation and increase of motivation and stimulation of employers and employees in the development and implementation of corporate programs in production in order to maintain the corporate health of employees are considered.
