Significance. Providing healthcare organizations with qualified personnel is an integral part of the development and transformation of the industry. The availability and quality of medical care directly depends on the level of professionalism of the medical community. The purpose of the study. To consider the experience of providing medical personnel in the liberated regions of the Russian Federation on the example of the Zaporozhye region. Materials and methods. The analytical and statistical basis of the study is the data received from the Ministry of Health of the Zaporozhye region, Rosstat, as well as data from a sociological study conducted by us on the territory of the Zaporozhye region. Results. The information on the staffing of medical workers, the amount of wages, measures of social support for doctors and nursing staff, data on training and recruitment of personnel in the context of the Zaporozhye region is analyzed. The salary level for medical workers of the Zaporozhye region in the context of the Russian Federation is also analyzed. Discussion. After the start of the Special Military Operation, many specialists left the territory of the Zaporozhye region, creating a shortage of professional medical personnel in the region. The implemented support measures are aimed at eliminating the shortage of personnel in Zaporozhye healthcare. The analysis of staff numbers, wages and social support measures contribute to the analysis of the current situation in the region. Conclusions. Having analyzed the received information and statistical data, conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of the implemented support measures for the formation of a sustainable human resource potential of medical organizations in the Zaporozhye region.
