Introduction. One of the tools for ensuring the quality and safety of medical activities is to take into account undesirable events. In order to improve the process of accounting for undesirable events in the activities of a medical organization, practical tools are being developed and implemented to manage undesirable events in the implementation of medical activities. Aim. To analyze the results of accounting for undesirable events in a private medical organization. Materials and methods. Analytical and mathematical-statistical methods were used in the framework of the conducted research. The research materials were data on the accounting of undesirable events for the period 2023-2024. Results. The analysis of the organization of work on accounting for undesirable events in the implementation of medical activities in a private medical organization is carried out. A comprehensive analysis of the problems and causes of these events made it possible to quickly develop and implement organizational measures aimed at preventing the occurrence of undesirable events in the future. In order to organize a system for recording undesirable events in a medical organization, a list of measures has been developed, the implementation of which will make it possible to standardize the process of recording undesirable events in the implementation of medical activities. Discussion. The organization of measures to account for undesirable events and analyze the causes of their occurrence in a medical organization is aimed at preventing undesirable events and minimizing the risks associated with the implementation of medical activities. Conclusion. In order to ensure the quality and safety of medical activities, a standardized process for managing undesirable events and the risks of their occurrence should be implemented in a medical organization.
