RESEARCH ON THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN PHARMACY ORGANIZATIONS

Introduction. Currently, the socio-psychological climate is one of the tools of managerial influence, which helps to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the team and, as a result, increase the economic efficiency of the pharmacy organization. Building a favorable socio-psychological climate in pharmacy organizations is a reliable way to increase employee satisfaction, as well as a factor in attracting and retaining talented specialists. Purpose of the study. The study of the structure of the components of the socio-psychological climate and the assessment of their impact on the satisfaction of pharmacy workers. Materials and methods. The study involved managers and pharmaceutical workers of the Voronezh regional pharmacy chain. The total number of respondents was 77 people. The assessment of the socio-psychological climate and its components (emotional, cognitive and behavioral) was carried out using the express methodology of O.S. Mikhailyuk and A.Y. Shalyto among the pharmacy workers of the regional pharmacy chain. The level of satisfaction with the work of pharmacy workers was measured according to the method of N.P. Fetiskin, V.V. Kozlom and G.M. Manuilov «Integral satisfaction with work». Results and discussion. The study of integral job satisfaction revealed a high level of satisfaction among Voronezh pharmacy workers (69.2%). The overall level of the socio-psychological climate in the pharmacy chain demonstrates a generally favorable environment (0.64 points), which confirms the obtained indicators of high job satisfaction with pharmaceutical workers. Individual components were evaluated unequally by pharmacy staff, with emotional comfort being rated the highest (emotional component - 0.91 points), as well as behavioral component (0.64 points). The respondents gave minimal marks to the personal and business qualities of their colleagues in the team (the cognitive component was 0.36 points). Depending on the position, profiles of pharmaceutical workers were compiled according to the components of the socio-psychological climate for pharmacy managers, pharmacists and pharmacists. Conclusion. Based on the results of the study, directions for improving the socio-psychological climate of the teams of pharmacy organizations in the Voronezh regional network are proposed, depending on the profile of the pharmaceutical worker.
