Introduction. Recent data show an increase in morbidity of the genitourinary system among citizens of the Russian Federation. Infectious diseases of the urinary tract, including cystitis, account for a significant share of this indicator. In order to improve the quality of medical care in the Russian Federation, the clinical recommendations «Cystitis in women» dated 2024 have been approved. The recommendations include optimal treatment regimens based on up-to-date information about various medications and the resistance to them of the main causative agents of cystitis. Purpose of the study: determination of the main marketing indicators of the range of medicines used for cystitis in accordance with the current clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation «Cystitis in women» dated 2024. Materials and methods: information from the State Register of Medicines dated 04.12.2025, official data from the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation for the period 2020-2024, clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation «Cystitis in women» dated 2024, scientific publications on the analyzed problem. Mathematical data processing was carried out using the Microsoft Office Excel software product. The work also uses graphical, comparative methods and content analysis. Results and discussion. An analysis of information from the State Register of Medicines revealed that 1,078 medicines used for cystitis were registered in the Russian Federation on 04.12.2025. It related to 5 different codes of Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification. Summary, the pharmaceutical market area under consideration is represented by 60% of fosfomycin, furazidine and nitrofurantoin preparations at the time of the study. About 90% of them are domestic, pharmaceutical substances for the production of which are imported mainly by Spain, China and India. At the same time, 43,5% of drugs are produced at full-cycle pharmaceutical enterprises. There are 32 trade names of domestic medicines on the market. The most common are «MAKMIRAGIL», «Furadonin» and «Fosfomycin». Among both domestic and imported drugs, dosage forms for enteral use (86,4%) are mainly represented by tablets and capsules, and for parenteral use (13,6%) are represented by powders. The dynamics of registration showed an active growth in the period from 2021 with a gradual decline by 2025. Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, possible ways of using the obtained data from the analysis of the pharmaceutical market of medicines in the work of medical and pharmaceutical specialists are outlined.
