Introduction: The issue of staffing in healthcare is of a strategic nature. Achieving an optimal state requires the combined efforts of government agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations. Therefore, higher education institutions in the field of healthcare must engage in targeted and consistent efforts to prepare students for their professional choices. In today's world, students' professional self-determination begins with the search for information in the digital environment. As a result, the official websites of higher education institutions should serve as a key tool for providing information support to students during their professional choices. Objective: To conduct a comparative analysis and assess the accessibility, completeness and relevance of information related to the professional choice and employment of students on the official websites of medical universities. Materials and methods: A comprehensive study was conducted among 48 universities subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The material was collected using a developed evaluation sheet. The research methods included content analysis, statistical analysis, and analytical methods. Results: An analysis of the results showed that the average score was 17.3 ± 0.52 out of 30 (43.2%). The maximum score was 25 points (62.5%), and the minimum score was 10 points (25%). The gap between the maximum and minimum score is 15 points. A high level (21+ points, ≥ 70%) is represented at 9 universities (18.75%).
