Actuality: District hospitals of the Krasnoyarsk region, as medical organizations of the first level, play an essential role in medical care structure to the population of one of the largest in area and number of regional municipal districts of Russia. Purpose: to study the organization of drug provision of the district hospital of Krasnoyarsk region. Material and methods: To study the organization of drug provision, the analysis of the bed fund of 40 district hospitals, the consolidated application of district hospitals for medicines was carried out; the legislative and regulatory framework was studied. Results: The presence of four main bed profiles - therapeutic, surgical, pediatric and gynecological (86% of the bed Fund) in almost all district hospitals is the basis for joint procurement of medicines. The Krasnoyarsk region uses a mixed model of purchase when the joint procurement shall be sent not less than 75% of the amount of financial expenses provided for provision of medicines. Conclusions: In 2018, the share of consolidated purchases of LP reached 93% of the budget of district hospitals, which indicates the effectiveness and relevance of this approach to the organization of drug provision. At the same time, the analysis of the regulatory framework showed that the organization of drug provision of hospitals in the Far North requires further improvement.
