The stomatologic help is one of the most demanded directions as in health system. As a whole for the studied period from 2006 to 2012 in stomatologic office 183433 patients addressed, primary patients made 37,7% of them. The negotiability analysis for the stomatologic help among the military personnel, car-ried out for a seven-year interval of time showed increase in number of repeated patients, both at the beginning, and at the end of the analyzed period (+73%) that allows to assume that patients ask for medical care, having already expressed violations of functions of the zubochelyustny system, demanding long and stage-by-stage orthopedic stomatologic treatment
