Introduction (relevance): This article continues the analysis of the movement of medical personnel of the Republic of Tuva for the period from 2017 to 2019, prepared on the basis of annual reporting data of medical institutions. Objective: A study of the outflow of medical personnel with higher education outside the republic for the period from 2017 to 2019. Materials and methods: Analysis of the movement of medical personnel on the basis of annual reports of medical institutions of the republic. Results and discussions: One of the significant problems in the republic remains the turnover and outflow of medical personnel outside the republic. Most of the doctors were employed in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, the Sakhalin Region, the Irkutsk Region, the Republic of Khakassia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the Moscow Region, where social support measures are effectively working to attract doctors in these regions. Conclusions (conclusion): The analysis of the departure of doctors outside the republic in the health care system shows the need to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation in terms of expanding social support measures.
